1. Membership Fees

Membership fees paid to the Foundation are generally non-refundable once membership registration has been approved and processed.

2. Donation Refunds

Donations made voluntarily to support the Foundation's activities are non-refundable.

3. Duplicate Payments

In case of accidental duplicate payment, members may contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

After verification, eligible duplicate payments may be refunded within 15-30 working days.

4. Failed Transactions

If an amount is deducted but membership is not activated due to a technical issue, users should contact us immediately with payment proof.

After verification, the amount will either be refunded or adjusted accordingly.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds shall be processed through the original payment method used during the transaction.
